Ron assembled and trained a top-notched team of confectionery wizards who help him transform your vision into reality. Drawing froma variety of artistic and culinary backgrounds, they specialize in the science of flavor, cake construction, sugar sculpting, custom cake toppers,and coloring techinques.Ron, who is also an Adjunct Professor at the French Culinary Institue in New York City, supervises all aspects of cake creation and production in the bakery. His facility was built in a commerical loft, flooded with natural daylight; it features a comfortable viewing and tasting area, as well as design studio, and a licensed commerical kitchen. (The facility is certified by OK Kosher Laboratories.) This state-of-the-art kitchen was custon designed to achieve one goal - creating your dream cake.
